We are a small but mighty team of expert craftsmen, barrel wranglers, and coopers. We’re passionate about providing our clients with unparalleled customer service, and creating 100% customized packages to best serve their needs. We’re old school and do it all by hand, allowing us to obsess over your barrels inch by inch.
Thomas Collet
Owner, GM (parts-chaser and delivery driver) and sales. Tom comes from 30 years in the hardwood industry, is a botany nerd, and knows his oak trees.
Jon Collet
Cooper, welder, mechanic, delivery driver and sales. Jon is new to the cooperage industry but is an experienced mechanic and our best welder. He can already military press a barrel (a requirement for advancement at Rewine) but is close to the one-hand press.
Oscar “The Nose” Ramirez
Chief toaster and expert cooper. Oscar is a skilled craftsman with over 20 years woodworking experience and has also been with Rewine since its inception. He is an expert at fitting heads and staves and can tell (smell) toast levels at a glance. Oscar is an artist with a router.
